We are All Saints - A/W 2012

I was very excited to see the new All Saints collection to go up on the site this year - I've always been a huge fan of the English fashion brand since it's very first womenswear collection morphed out of the shirts and distressed denim of the menswear lines.

AllSaints prides itself on making gorgeous yet utterly wearable clothes. I have things from AllSaints that despite being a little on the expensive side, I never throw them away or pass them on unlike other clothes. They last, and last, and last... and are pretty amazing in their versatility - you can take them from office to drinks to dancing and not get changed.

Can we talk for a second about HOW AWESOME this campaign video is!? I think it really captures everything about the brand, from the varied backgrounds of the people who wear it and their lifestyles and the things they love - all together.

The models are a mixture of entertainers, artists, photographers, dancers and even a candle-maker! 

I must admit I have a little surprise up my sleeve about this... but for now I will leave you with a link to the super-cool soundtrack, and a little teaser - I have seen the picture Tomo is painting in the ad!

If I had to pick some of my favourite bits of the collection? Well, I love the gorgeous coat in the first photo, and the boots in the second in particular.

I think the collection has really hearkened back to it's menswear-to-womenswear roots, with shirts and mannish coats toughing up silky, sexy shirts and embellished mini-skirts.
